Winding Your Watch

Always wind your watch after removing it from your wrist. Winding it while worn can put unnecessary strain on the winding stem. With the crown in its neutral position, hold it between your thumb and forefinger, and turn it until you feel slight resistance. Be careful not to overwind.

Setting the Time and Date

Pull the crown out to the second click and begin turning it clockwise. Continue turning until the date changes, which indicates midnight. Keep turning until the hands display the correct time. Then, push the crown back in.

To adjust the date, pull the crown out to the first click and turn it counterclockwise until the correct date is displayed. After setting the date, push the crown back in.

As with all mechanical watches, avoid setting the date when the hands are between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., as this could damage the mechanism. Always set the time first, then adjust the date.

Your watch is now ready to wear.nce. Be careful not to overwind.

Water Resistance

Your watch is water-resistant, thanks to its gasket, sealing, and overall design. You can wash your hands, get caught in the rain, or even go for a swim without worrying about damage. However, diving can cause damage that isn’t covered by the warranty. Please note that the leather strap is not water-resistant. Water resistance is a temporary feature that can be compromised by improper handling. If your watch frequently comes into contact with water, we recommend regular resealing and pressure testing to maintain its water resistance.

Caring for Your Watch

Your watch requires minimal care. Simply clean it with a soft cloth. To keep it functioning at its best, avoid exposing it to magnetic fields or extreme temperature changes. Be mindful that mechanical damage, such as from a fall, can affect the movement, case, strap, and water resistance. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects resulting from mechanical damage.

Servicing

To keep your watch in top condition, periodic adjustments and inspections are essential. We recommend having your watch serviced by our experts every five years. They will clean it, verify its water resistance, and ensure the movement is running smoothly.
